Manufacture
Our company has got the certification for welding, apart from that we produce according to the pressure vessel guideline. The production area measures 3.000 qm, currently we have 20 employees, six of them are certified welders.
We use the following material St 37, St 52, H II, 15 Mo 3, stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4462, 1.4439, 1.4541, 1.4571, 1.4828, 1.4841) as well as wear-resistant (Naxtra, Hardox, Creusabro, Dillidur) and hard facing material.
Our machinery:
- 4-roll-bending machine with 3.000 mm working length, handling upto 8 mm, ø 290 mm
- 3-roll-bending machine with 2.000 mm working length, handling upto 20 mm, ø 380 mm
- 3-roll-bending machine with 3.000 mm working length, handling upto 8 mm, ø 200 mm
- 4-roll-bending machine with mit 2.000 mm working length, handling upto 4 mm, ø 1600 mm
- 3-roll-bending machine with 1.500 mm working length, handling upto 4 mm, ø 100 mm
- 3-roll-bending machine with 1.000 mm working length,
handling upto 10 mm, ø 140 mm - Folding bench 250 to, working length 3 m
- 2 drilling machine, Plate-cutting machine, Profile schears with hole punch, turning lathe
- 5-Pulse-welding machines and other welding equipment (WIG und MAG)
